That’s why at Reshape, we offer small group training sessions (average of 8 participants), where you get the same high-quality coaching at an affordable price.

Reshape group workouts

2 to 3 guided training sessions per week in a group (max 8) with clear instruction, coaching, and adjusted intensity.

Our workout and approach teach you how to achieve and maintain your goals.

You work with a maximum of 8-10 like-minded individuals during training and coaching sessions. You have flexible hours.
If there are things you’d rather discuss privately, you can discuss this with your personal Reshape coach.

Yes! In fact, many of our clients start with zero or very little experience with sports. Our workouts are specially designed to help people who don’t feel comfortable in a commercial fitness setting but want to achieve results efficiently and under professional guidance.

Of course, we also want to ensure that you continuously achieve better and better results. That’s why our coaches will show you how to increase the challenge level as you become more comfortable.

Yes, you can! Our Reshape coaches will immediately adapt your training to your needs!

You’ll engage in at least two workouts per week, which test strength, mobility, and focus. We always tailor the training to your own level, but each session is a challenge, where you’re confronted and challenged to bring out the best in yourself.

We focus mainly on quality, not quantity, which is why personal attention and technique are very important during training.

During coaching, we also address nutrition. We do this with our Nutrition Guide (prepared by our certified dietitian) for support. We teach you to make healthy choices and explain how nutrition works. We also have some fun example recipes you can use.

We work towards a result that you can apply long-term in your life, not a temporary solution, so this is certainly not a diet.

Training sessions are provided from Monday to Saturday, in the morning and evening. There are 25 sessions available per week. Even if you have varying hours, you’ll always find a time to train.

Your coach will receive you at the entrance, then you’ll get a short tour, and afterwards we’ll discuss your goals further and look at how we can best help you.
