One Team. This summer, Reshape is organizing a sporty two-day event for young people aged 10 to 14. Two afternoons full of sports challenges, teamwork, and fun. Not a standard sports camp, but an energetic experience where young people challenge themselves, become stronger, and above all, have a lot of fun. 10–14 years July 27–28 August 24–25 1 PM – 5 PM €79 p.p. Time for action. The Reshape Teen Summer Challenge is for young people who are up for action, challenge, and fun. During this two-day event, we will playfully work on fitness, coordination, bodyweight strength, teamwork, perseverance, and self-confidence. All under the guidance of the Reshape coaches, in a safe and motivating way. **Away from the screen** Two afternoons of moving, challenging and connecting. **More self-confidence** No performance pressure, but motivating customized coaching. **Accessible for everyone** Exercises are adapted where necessary. **Teamwork central** Effort and fair play count as much as speed. **Move safely** No heavy weights, everything tailored for young people. **Fun and energy** We end each day with a good feeling. Program ## What's on the program? Day 1 ### Team, Technique & Fun Challenges 13:00 **Briefing & welcome** Introduction, teams and safety agreements. 13:15 **Warm-up games** Tug games, reaction games and coordination ladder drills. 13:45 **Speed & Agility** Obstacle course, sprint reactions, cone slalom, and team relays. 14:45 **Break** Water break and snack. 15:00 **Strength Basics** Squats, lunges, planks, bear crawls, and medicine ball exercises with bodyweight. 16:00 **Team Battle** Circuit with points for speed, effort & teamwork. 16:45 **Cooldown & scoreboard** Stretch, high five moment and day 1 wrap-up. Day 2 ### Reshape Obstacle Games 13:00 **Start-up & recap** Update scores and activate day 2. 13:15 **Mini battles** Reaction race, plank battle, wall sit challenge, and balance duel. 14:00 **Obstacle Course** Shuttle runs, wall balls, farmer's carry, and burpee broad jumps, adapted for young people. 15:15 **Break** Water break and snack. 15:30 **Final Team Challenge** Grand final challenge with points, tasks, team names, and a yell. 16:30 **Award moment** Multiple prizes — the fastest doesn't win alone. ##### This website stays in shape with the help of Cookies.
